I’m Marina, the baker behind this little local gluten-free cookie company located in Amiskwacîwâskahikan (Edmonton, Alberta). I started baking gluten-free cookies in 2016 when my husband discovered he was gluten intolerant. I wanted to create cookies that were soft, chewy, and full of flavour—cookies that didn’t feel like a compromise.

After lots of experimenting and taste-testing by friends and family, I finally perfected my recipe. Their encouragement (and the fact that they couldn’t tell these cookies were gluten-free) gave me the confidence to turn my kitchen experiments into a little business. Every flavour is inspired by the requests of people who love my cookies, and I’m always dreaming up the next batch of sweet happiness!
